We are a decentralized public organization

The Institute of Support for Technological Development is a decentralized public organization, it is part of the General Directorate of Training Centers for Work (DGCFT) of the Secretariat of Public Education (SEP) at federal level and at state level is part of the Secretariat of Innovation and Economic Development (SIDE) of the Government of the State of Chihuahua. We mainly target companies, educational institutions, civil associations and the general public and we offer training programs, consulting and technological services.

Since the beginning and up to date, the High Technology Training Center is located in different cities of the State.

To support the formation and development of the high labor and technological capacities of the state, through flexible and pertinent educational services, according to the needs of the region, with the purpose of contributing to the competitive and cutting edge development of the industry in the state.

To serve as the articulated arm for technological development within the state, positioning Chihuahua as a leading region in technological competitiveness and contributing to the creation of higher-value employment.
