The Mexican Standard NMX-R-025-SCFI-2015 on Labor Equality and Non-Discrimination is a tool created jointly by the National Council for the Prevention of Discrimination (CONAPRED), the National Institute of Women and the Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare, as a mechanism of voluntary adoption to acknowledge workplaces that have implemented practices on labor equality and non-discrimination, to favor the integral development of workers.
Standard NMX-R-025-SCFI-2015, establishes the basis for public recognition of workplaces demonstrating the adoption of and compliance with labor equality and non-discrimination processes and practices.
