Since 2022, INADET has been taking decisive steps toward sustainability and environmental responsibility. That year marked the beginning of our decarbonization journey, with two team members participating in the Eco-efficiency Coaching program led by the Secretariat of Innovation and Economic Development (SIDE).

In 2023, we developed the INADET/CENALTEC Decarbonization Report, presenting the results of implemented initiatives, new project proposals, and key recommendations to strengthen our decarbonization strategy. Throughout the year, our staff also participated in awareness sessions highlighting the importance of carbon reduction and climate action.

Continuing our efforts, in 2024 we incorporated decarbonization strategies across our operations, processes, and services, reaffirming our contribution to SIDE’s carbon neutrality initiative. Our teams also received specialized training in eco-efficiency and energy conservation to further enhance our environmental performance.

In 2025, INADET advanced to the next stage by documenting and implementing the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System (EMS). With SIDE’s support, we also launched the SMEs Toward Decarbonization Program, engaging 18 companies and developing 32 decarbonization projects that reflect our commitment to building a more sustainable future.
