1st Ordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors of INADET 2026 was held at the facilities of the Secretariat of Innovation and Economic Development, with the presence of the board members who make up this governing body.

During the session, progress and achievements that continue transforming talent development in Chihuahua were presented, highlighting the program “Development of Chihuahua's Talent in Taiwan,” as well as the progress in the construction of CENALTEC Norte and CENALTEC Cuauhtémoc—projects that will expand educational and workforce coverage across various regions of the state.

The meeting was presided over by Jesús García López, Undersecretary of Innovation, Competitiveness, and Business Development.

Participating virtually were Alejandro Samuel Colín Ramírez, Director of the National Center for Teacher Professional Development (CNAD) Northeast, and Héctor Leoncio Martínez Castuera, Coordinator of State Decentralized Agencies of Job Training Institutes.

INADET’s Director General, Eng. Sergio Mancinas, recognized the team’s commitment and celebrated the results achieved during this administration.

With more than 313,000 people trained over 26 years, more than 170,000 during the current administration, more than 75,000 women trained, and over 16,500 positive impacts on emotional well-being, INADET reaffirms its commitment to continuing to strengthen talent development and the competitiveness of Chihuahua.
