Our 22 students from Chihuahua returned from Taiwan after an experience that will mark a turning point for the state’s technology industry. They are the first generation to receive training in Asia in semiconductors, automation, and electromobility, becoming pioneers and agents of change for Chihuahua and Mexico.

Through the State Government program “Chihuahua in Taiwan,” and with the support of world-class institutions such as ITRI and STUST, they gained advanced knowledge, experienced an intensive cultural exchange, and expanded their global perspective.

Their training included key technologies such as smart manufacturing, mechatronic integration, automated optical inspection, and integrated circuit processing, as well as Mandarin language learning and corporate experiences that connected them directly with the global industry.

This effort, driven by the State Government with an investment of more than 14 million pesos, reflects a strategic commitment to young talent and innovation. Today, these students return with the commitment to apply what they learned, strengthen the technology ecosystem, and position Chihuahua as a key player in the industry of the future.

CONGRATULATIONS, STUDENTS!
