With the aim of strengthening talent capabilities and consolidating strategic processes, the Institute for Technological Development Support (INADET) and the State Energy Development Agency (AEDE) formalized a Collaboration Agreement that will enable the continued promotion of training programs and specialized advisory services for their staff.

In the presence of Mtro. Ulises Fernández, Head of the Chihuahua Secretariat of Innovation and Economic Development, this alliance was sealed, allowing for the development of training in quality management, emotional well-being, and soft skills, as well as specialized advisory services on energy supply topics.

Likewise, training has been provided on general aspects of the advisory process, with the goal of AEDE obtaining ISO 9001 certification next year, including the development of the internal documentation required to achieve this objective.

Through this agreement, INADET reaffirms its commitment to supporting institutions in the professionalization of talent, continuous improvement, and operational excellence, contributing to the strategic development of Chihuahua.
