As part of the INADET leadership work tour in Ciudad Juárez, several strategic meetings were held to strengthen the connection between training and industry.

We had a productive meeting with the company Wistron, where we were welcomed by its General Manager, Mr. Jackie Lai. During the visit, we learned about their operations and toured their facilities, seeing firsthand their advanced processes and high level of technological innovation.

We also discussed the Chihuahua Talent Development Program in Taiwan, an initiative that aims to open doors in the international industry for participating students, giving them new opportunities for growth and specialization in high-tech sectors.

These meetings reaffirm INADET’s commitment to building strong partnerships that promote specialized training and create greater job opportunities.
