The March session of the DESEC Advisory Council was held, focusing the discussion on a fundamental pillar for the development of our region: education and talent.

These meetings are key to strengthening collaboration between the productive sector, academia, and government, allowing efforts to be aligned and strategies to be built that promote the development of the talent Chihuahua needs to face the challenges of the future.

We thank DESEC for creating these spaces for dialogue and collaboration that strengthen the talent development ecosystem in the state.

During the session, Sergio Mancinas, General Director of INADET, highlighted the impact INADET has had in Chihuahua through its efforts to promote talent development and its coordinated work with the ecosystem. He also reaffirmed the institute’s commitment to continue integrating technological and innovative tools into each of its programs, strengthening collaboration with the different actors in the ecosystem to keep driving competitiveness and opportunities for talent in our state.
