There are no boundaries for Chihuahua’s talent!

At the Institute for Technological Development Support, we proudly celebrated the heartfelt presentation of official certificates and recognitions to 22 young participants who successfully completed the State Government program, “Chihuahua's Talent Development Program in Taiwan.”

Alongside their parents, university presidents, directors, and authorities, our students shared the life-changing experiences they gained while training in Taiwan, demonstrating that Chihuahua’s talent is ready to compete and stand out on a global stage.

The event was led by the Secretary of Innovation and Economic Development, Ulises Fernández, and was attended by Federal Congresswoman Manque Granados, INADET General Director Sergio Mancinas, Undersecretary Manuel Márquez Lizalde, General Director of Liaison Luciano Fernández, as well as representatives from Pegatron and Wistron.

Speaking on behalf of his peers, Héctor Garrillo expressed:

“We traveled to the other side of the world to learn, but we returned with something far more valuable than knowledge:

We came back with the certainty that Chihuahua’s future
is built when its people are trusted,
when talent is supported,
and when investing in education
is understood as investing in the State’s development.”

Today we celebrate not only an academic achievement, but a vision for the future. Because when Chihuahua invests in its people, the world becomes its classroom.
