Learn the basic tools needed to properly carry out promotional and advertising activities using digital platforms, recognizing that marketing is a discipline that evolves day by day. Therefore, the correct use of digital platforms is fundamental and essential for positioning an organization’s identity.

Through the development of self-observation skills, the main mental models of human behavior will be explored in order to identify strategies with clear objectives in various sales situations, optimizing individual decision-making tools for effective relationship management, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
FINANCIAL INTELLIGENCE
8 HOURS
By the end of the course, participants will be able to demonstrate the knowledge acquired in financial intelligence, the Mexican financial system, and investment project valuation, enabling improvements in personal finances to strengthen their basic financial portfolio and prevent financial stress, which has caused significant harm during economic downturns since 2007, according to the International Labour Organization (OIT).
ALIGNMENT WITH OFFICIAL MEXICAN STANDARD NOM-035-STPS-2018
20 HOURS
Upon completing the questionnaire, participants will be able to implement the principles of NOM-035 across its three levels, generating evidence regarding psychosocial risk factors and Severe Traumatic Events.
