POWER SKILLS

MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT SKILLS
Objective: Participants will acquire techniques, tools, and mentoring sessions to build an executive profile. Designed for business owners and entrepreneurs who need practical tools to effectively manage their companies.

LEADERSHIP AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION
Objective: Gain fundmental knowledge about the challenges of human communication to foster strong collaboration with teams and coworkers, while developing essential leadership skills.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Objective: Develop core competencies related to social and business entrepreneurship through teaching-learning techniques and dynamic activities that foster an entrepreneurial mindset.

NEGOTIATION AND CONFLICT MANAGEMENT
Objective: Identify strategies to prevent conflicts and apply techniques to de-escalate and resolve communication issues in the workplace within a negotiation and problem-solving framework.

ADMINISTRATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Objective: Train participants in the fundamental principles of customer service from a business perspective through practical learning tailored to their context and functional areas, enhancing productive skills and competencies.

DIGITAL MARKETING 4.0
Objective: Develop marketing planning skills for branded products to build customer trust and loyalty through digital media channels.

FINANCIAL INTELLIGENCE
Objective: Through the development of management and administrative knowledge and capabilities, participants will be able to implement effective strategies and address challenges related to personal finances.

ALIGNMENT WITH OFFICIAL MEXICAN STANDARD NOM-035-STPS-2018
Objective: Participants will be trained to assess and generate evidence across the three levels of NOM-035 regarding the identification and prevention of psychosocial risk factors, as well as refer cases of ATS when necessary.

SALES AND NEGOTIATION: DEVELOPMENT OF COMMERCIAL SKILLS
Objective: Apply the knowledge gained during the course to achieve proper financial control within their business.

It consists of analyzing indicators and actions to generate measurable and viable outcomes in the workplace. It ranges from team leadership, leader self-care, and decision-making to the planning and management of organizational resources.

LEADERSHIP AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

Leadership skills are closely connected to communication challenges within every organization and represent key areas of focus to strengthen and integrate the benefits gained from applying personal, collective, and team-based competencies, with the goal of projecting them objectively and effectively in the workplace.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP
40 HOURS

Providing essential knowledge to develop financial, economic, and accounting skills is a key component in driving economic growth and strengthening the well-being of citizens. This spans from marketing and sales strategy to negotiation theories that highlight communication, recognizing “negotiation as the heart of collaboration” (Voss, 2016, loc. 533).

NEGOTIATION AND CONFLICT MANAGEMENT

Through the development of self-observation skills, the main mental models of human behavior will be reviewed in order to identify strategies with clear objectives in various sales situations, optimizing individual buying tools for effective relationship management, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

ADMINISTRATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
10 HOURS


Learn the basic tools needed to properly carry out promotional and advertising activities using digital platforms, recognizing that marketing is a discipline that evolves day by day. Therefore, the correct use of digital platforms is fundamental and essential for positioning an organization’s identity.

DIGITAL MARKETING 4.0
20 HOURS


Through the development of self-observation skills, the main mental models of human behavior will be explored in order to identify strategies with clear objectives in various sales situations, optimizing individual decision-making tools for effective relationship management, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

FINANCIAL INTELLIGENCE
8 HOURS


By the end of the course, participants will be able to demonstrate the knowledge acquired in financial intelligence, the Mexican financial system, and investment project valuation, enabling improvements in personal finances to strengthen their basic financial portfolio and prevent financial stress, which has caused significant harm during economic downturns since 2007, according to the International Labour Organization (OIT).

ALIGNMENT WITH OFFICIAL MEXICAN STANDARD NOM-035-STPS-2018
20 HOURS


Upon completing the questionnaire, participants will be able to implement the principles of NOM-035 across its three levels, generating evidence regarding psychosocial risk factors and Severe Traumatic Events.

SALES AND NEGOTIATION: DEVELOPMENT OF COMMERCIAL SKILLS
20 HOURS


Provide participants with the essential tools to maintain financial control of their business through the preparation of key financial statements, the calculation of financial ratios, and the use of financial indicators for decision-making.

POWER SKILLS

Entry Profile: Coaches, psychologists, speakers, and administrators.

Graduation Profile: Participants will be equipped with tools to drive processes and analyze work environments, with the objective of tracking and measuring achieved results.
